Return Eligibility

  1. Item Condition: The product must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging. Returns cannot be accepted for items that have been opened, used, or damaged.
  2. Return Window: Returns must be requested within 30 days of receiving your order. Any requests made after this period will not be eligible for a refund.
  3. Non-Returnable Items: Certain products may be excluded from returns for hygiene and safety reasons. These include items such as yoga mats that have been unsealed, personal care products, or any other items marked as non-returnable on the product page.

How to Initiate a Return

If you meet the return eligibility criteria, please follow these steps to initiate a return:

  1. Contact Us: Send an email to returns@kryzon.xyz with your order number and reason for the return. Our customer service team will assist you promptly.
  2. Return Authorization: Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on how to return the item. Please note that the return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or we made an error with your order.
  3. Pack the Item: Carefully repack the product in its original packaging, including any accessories, manuals, or free gifts that came with it. The product must be in a condition suitable for resale.

Refunds and Processing

  • Refund Method: Once we receive the returned item and confirm its condition, we will process your refund to the original method of payment.
  • Refund Processing Time: Refunds typically take 5-7 business days to process, depending on your payment provider and bank.

Exchanges

Currently, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, you can return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired product.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you received a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately at admin@kryzon.xyz with your order number and photos of the damaged product. We will offer a replacement or refund as needed, and we will cover the return shipping costs for defective or damaged items.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund after the processing period, please first check with your bank or credit card company, as they may have delays in posting the refund. If you still have not received it, please contact us at admin@kryzon.xyz.
